Private Preview Terms

These terms govern participation in the Ekamyth private preview, offered by Ekamyth, Inc. ("Ekamyth"). Preview access is subject to approval.
Participation and permitted use
Access is available only to approved participants for internal evaluation and agreed pilot activities. Requesting access does not guarantee admission. Do not share access credentials or provide access to unauthorized users. If participating on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to accept the applicable terms for that organization; otherwise, your participation is personal.
Talk about Ekamyth
You may publicly discuss Ekamyth, your participation, and your honest experience, including criticism. Public product information and your general feedback are not confidential merely because this is a private preview. Do not imply that you represent Ekamyth or that Ekamyth endorses your organization.
Limited confidentiality
Protect materials explicitly identified as confidential, nonpublic source code, credentials, and security-sensitive technical information disclosed during the preview. Share these only with authorized colleagues who need them for evaluation and are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations. This does not restrict information already lawfully known, publicly available without a breach, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from another source. Legally required disclosures and protected reporting are not prohibited.
Software and intellectual property
Ekamyth and its licensors retain ownership of their software, documentation, branding, and other proprietary materials. You retain ownership of your data and pre-existing materials. You may install and make copies needed for authorized evaluation and backup. Do not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or copy proprietary components beyond those permissions, or use confidential materials to reproduce proprietary implementation. Any reverse-engineering restriction is subject to applicable law. Third-party and open-source components remain governed by their own licenses; these terms do not restrict rights those licenses grant.
Preview limitations
The preview is experimental and provided as-is and as-available. It may contain errors, lose context, produce incorrect outputs, or become unavailable. Features may change or be withdrawn, and no general release, future feature, compatibility, or uninterrupted operation is promised. Use controlled evaluation environments; agree any production use separately in writing. Maintain backups and human review of consequential actions. The preview is not a substitute for your security, compliance, or operational controls.
Support
Support is provided as available through the channels communicated during onboarding. Unless separately agreed in writing, the preview includes no uptime SLA, guaranteed response time, resolution deadline, or dedicated support commitment.
Data and third-party services
Do not submit data you lack permission to use. Avoid regulated or highly sensitive data unless its use is expressly agreed and appropriate safeguards are in place. Model providers, integrations, and connected tools may process data under their own terms and your configuration. Contact Ekamyth before using the preview if you need clarification about telemetry, processing, retention, deletion, or service providers. These terms do not promise that all data remains local.
Feedback
You may voluntarily provide feedback. You permit Ekamyth to use that feedback to improve its products without payment or attribution obligations. This permission does not transfer ownership of your data, grant rights to your unrelated intellectual property, or authorize disclosure of your confidential business information.
Ending participation
You may stop participating at any time. Ekamyth may suspend or end preview access, including for misuse, security concerns, or discontinuation of the preview. On termination, stop using proprietary preview materials and return or delete confidential materials as reasonably requested, subject to legal retention requirements and applicable licenses.
